Postage and Delivery

Orders are processed and packaged on the day we receive your payment. They are usually despatched no later than the next working day. Where we can, we include delivery in the price of the item. For large items or where we need to offer different delivery options, this information is clearly shown.

When it comes to purchasing anything online, the security question towers above everything else. Our store’s overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security is something we do not take lightly. All of your shopping here will be a fun and safe experience. If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department with your billing questions.

Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, ChrisBits offers up to 30 days to return your items for any reason. If you are returning an item that is not faulty we would expect you to pay the return postage and send it back with the original packaging so we can return it to stock. Whatever the reason for the return, we will process your refund on the same day that we receive the item. Please remember that while the money will leave our account on that day, your bank or card issuer may take a few days to process the refund.
